6:30pm Drum Journey Ancestral Healing

Service Description

We have come to the cycle of the year where we harvest the seeds we have planted and where we compost that which no longer 'grows fruit' for us. In this workshop, we will use the drum as a guide to journey into the unseen. We will journey with the energy of the seasons with an intention to release and renew. This time of year is also a time where the veils are thin and connection with ancestors and our lineage is more accessible than at other times. We will use some guided movement and imagery to offer healing and gratitude to our ancestors. We will, in this way, gather and integrate the gems they have left for us while simultaneously taking what no longer serves our lineage and composting it so that we may use it to fuel, and no longer hinder, our paths forward. Crystal is passionate about empowering the dreams, visions, and gems that live inside each one of us. She believes that the path to wholeness within and on our planet is through our connection to our authentic expression of our deepest gifts and heart longings. Through walking the winding path of self-discovery, Crystal has gathered many gifts to share and inspire including regenerative land management, yoga, dance, nutrition, energy work, plant medicine, shamanic journeying, deep listening, personal coaching, divination, music, singing, and drumming. Her current mission is to open up more deeply and to share those gifts within her self as well as to ignite and fuel others on their journeys to bringing their gems out to shine in the world.
