Explore collective connection to the Earth, by honoring the rhythms of seasonal wisdom. Together we will explore the power of reclaiming and nourishing our roots. We will expand our awareness of traditions based upon our Ancestry, please choose a lineage to explore before arriving to the workshop. We will weave Mythology, Nutrition, Earth based Spirituality and Plant Spirit medicine to deepen our reclamation of our true selves. In this workshop we will go over various Cultural tools to help you fully embrace Fall and the imitate coming of Winter. Jourdan Gailey is a St Paul based Holistic Health practitioner, with an emphasis on Earth Stewarship through Native Permaculture, Ancestral reclamation and Herbalism. She is passionate about empowering others to feel confident in communing with the Natural world and increasing nourishment of their being in totality.
